As usual, I stayed busy with writing group assignments, getting laundry done, and doing some readings. But this week has been an absolute blast. It's filled with the most joyful and fun moments so far. I was completely immersed in the moment, singing and feeling completely comfortable at the auditorium. It was like I was in my own world, enjoying every second of it. The energy level during the dance was contagious and the performance was incredible. I finally fulfilled my long-standing wish and went to Diana Bridge with my friends on Saturday. The excitement was indescribable. We initially planned to walk to the Diana Bridge, but luckily we managed to get a lift. It was quite surprising to realize that the distance was much longer than we anticipated. At first, I was under the impression that the Diana Bridge, being the longest in Bhutan, would be quite lengthy. However, when we arrived, it wasn't as long as we had expected. It was still a remarkable sight though. The fresh breeze at there made the moment truly magical.
I was completely engrossed in that blissful experience with my friends, feeling pure happiness as we explored this new place together. It was a refreshing change from Chamurchi. We captured stunning pictures from various angles and we were caught up in the moment that we didn't even realize how quickly time flew by. Spending four hours with my loved ones felt absolutely incredible and unforgettable. On that blessed rainy day, we were invited to my friend's grandmother's house for lunch. Her grandmother prepared a delicious spread of various curries, and I had stomach full of tasty home-cooked food. It was such a wonderful feeling to enjoy a home-cooked meal after such a long time. It was truly a week to remember.
